The T4040 Orange Flash is a waterborne mixing shade from the Envirobase® High Performance range, designed for the precise formulation of water-based bases. Ideal for quick and reproducible repairs, this toner allows for bright shades with controlled effect orientation, particularly in orange and saturated tones.

Usage Instructions
- Formulate with T4040 in the PPG color software, then mix thoroughly
- Add the OneVisit™ Modifier (T4900/T4910) and adjust with T494 or T495 according to temperature
- Apply a full coat followed by a “control coat” in the wet film (OneVisit™ process)
- Recommended nozzle: 1.2–1.3 mm (conventional, RP or HVLP); pressure according to TDS
- For blends: use T4904 as an interface and proceed with a reverse blend
Substrates and Uses
Applies on e-coat primed, 2K primers, and compatible PPG finishes. Do not use on wash-primers. Suitable for localized touch-ups as well as full panel applications in the Envirobase® HP flow.

- Work in a ventilated booth with appropriate PPE
- Mandatory filtration: 125 µm nylon mesh for waterborne bases
