For your first login, it is necessary to reset your password. Click on "Forgot password?" and then follow the steps. It takes just a few seconds.
No, if you were already a Colorbox customer, your account still exists. Simply reset your password. New customers can create an account in just a few clicks.
Your previous orders and pricing conditions are retained. You will find them in your customer area once logged in.
To ensure the security of your data and orders, a reset is required during your first login on the new site.

Order with ease
Place an order, cart information, all the information to purchase easily
To place an order on our Shopify site, follow these simple steps:
1. Select your product and click "Add to cart".
2. Choose the delivery country and the desired delivery method.
3. Accept our general terms and conditions of sale.
4. Click "Next step".
5. Log in if you are already a customer, or enter your billing and shipping information if this is your first order.
6. Review your cart and choose your secure payment method.
7. Click "Pay".
1. Order confirmed: Your order is confirmed and we are preparing it. If you paid by bank transfer, we are waiting for the payment to be credited to our account before starting the order preparation. In case of any issues, we will inform you by email.
2. Order in preparation: Once confirmed and paid, it is prepared.
3. Order shipped: As soon as it is shipped (leaves our warehouses), you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to track it in real-time.
The virtual cart allows you to gather the items you wish to purchase. To add items, click on "Add to cart" from the product page.
Click on the "Cart" button to see all the items added. When you are ready to proceed to the next step, click on "Next Step".
You can add, remove, or modify the quantity of items directly in the cart. To delete a product, click on the corresponding cross.
Your cart is automatically saved between your visits. If a product becomes unavailable, you will be informed.
You can consult your order history at any time in your customer area. Once logged in and identified, you have access to all your orders and invoices.

Yes, your payments are fully secured thanks to our partnership with Shopify Payments and Mollie. These solutions ensure reliable transactions and the protection of your personal information. We also use strict security protocols to ensure maximum protection of your data during each payment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Carte Bleue bank cards. Debit cards are not accepted.
For purchases by credit card, the charge occurs when your order is prepared, just before shipment.
With the Billie solution, you are debited 30 days from the invoice date. Your invoice is issued at the time of shipment of your order.
Upon receipt of your order, you will automatically receive your invoice by email.
Additionally, all your invoices are accessible in your customer area.

Where, when, how, your delivery is under control
Our references are in stock, and our deliveries are guaranteed within 12 to 24 hours.
For any order placed before 4 PM, delivery is guaranteed the next day, after 4 PM, delivery is in two days.
Orders placed on Friday are delivered the following Monday.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total amount of your order. You can view the exact rates on our "Shipping" page. We offer free shipping under certain conditions at specific thresholds.
From €500 excluding VAT on orders, you benefit from free shipping.
Log in to your client area to track the status of your order. You can also use the "Delivery Tracking" button to check the status of each product. You will be notified by email when the order is shipped. You will have a tracking link.
As long as your order is pending processing, you can cancel it. Once it has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
