360672 - SIKKENS Grey Spot Sealer DTM Aerosol Primer 400 ml

SIKKENS Spot Sealer DTM 360672 is a ready-to-use grey one-component primer in a 400 ml aerosol for small repairs directly on prepared metal. It can be used wet-on-wet and recoated after 15 minutes at 20 °C with compatible SIKKENS products.

Properties and benefits

• Ready-to-use aerosol for local repairs.
• Recoat without sanding within the specified application window.
• Compatible with SIKKENS primers, surfacers and topcoats, except Primer Surfacer EP II.

Application advice

• Clean, sand with P220–P320 and clean again. Avoid water and water-based degreasers on exposed finishing putty.
• Shake for several minutes after the mixing ball becomes free. Apply 2–3 even coats at 12–18 cm, at 15–35 °C and a maximum relative humidity of 75%.
• Allow 8–10 minutes between coats at 20 °C. Recoat after at least 15 minutes and within 48 hours at 20 °C.
• After 48 hours, sand with P500 dry or P1000 wet before recoating.
• After use, invert the aerosol and clear the nozzle for 2–3 seconds. For professional use: wear suitable respiratory protection; an air-fed respirator is recommended. Read the technical and safety data sheets.
