Choice of thinner according to baking :
- D8701 Standard additive thinner – Baking 10 min at 60°C
- D8701/2 Additive thinner – Baking 20 min at 60°C
- D8702 Slow additive thinner – Baking 30 min at 60°C
Application :
- HVLP spraygun with 1.3 mm to 1.4 mm nozzle
- Spray pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
- Method: 2 single coats, 5 minutes evaporation between coats
- No intermediate drying before baking or infrared drying
Material compatibility : Original painted metals, partial or complete repairs, shades compatible with the Deltron Progress range
Finishes : Faithful reproduction of manufacturer shades with direct gloss

Instructions for use
- Prepare the surface (degreasing and sanding according to standard procedures)
- Mix according to the ratio 2:1:0.6 (or 0.7) by volume with suitable hardener and thinner
- Choose the hardener according to the size of the repair :
- D8216 UHS Express – 10 min at 60°C – small repairs
- D8217 UHS Fast – 20 min at 60°C – medium surfaces
- D8218 UHS Slow – 30 min at 60°C – large surfaces and complete paints
- Apply 2 single coats with 5 minutes evaporation between coats
- Proceed directly to baking or infrared drying after application
- Follow specific recommendations according to the additives used if matte or textured finishes are required
