Instructions for use

1. Preparation : Clean, sand, degrease. Filter with a 190 µm cone.
2. Mixing : 100% base line 90 + 50% 93E3 or 93E3 SLOW + binder 90M4 or 90M4 SLOW. Stir immediately.
3. Application : Apply 2 even coats + metallic placement mist. Drying between coats: 5 min at 20°C.
4. Before clears : Wait for complete matting of the base. Sand dry if necessary to remove dust.
5. Finishing : Apply a suitable Glasurit clear according to glossy or matte finish.

Tips for clear coating

• Strictly respect the ratio clears/hardener/thinner
• Ideal product temperature: 18–25 °C
• Thorough preparation of the substrate
• Precise gun adjustment according to viscosity
• Regular linear application, without overloading
• Systematic maintenance of equipment to avoid any contamination
