Mixing ratios (by volume)

• Opaque shades: 100: 10 with thinner T494 or T495
• Mica shades: 100: 20 with thinner T494 or T495
• Metallic shades: 100: 20 to 30 with thinner T494 or T495

Choice of thinner

• T494 for temperatures below 35°C
• T495 for temperatures above 35°C

Spraying settings

• Spraygun HVLP
• Nozzle: 1.2 mm – 1.4 mm
• Pressure: 2 – 2.2 bars

Application method

• Apply one coat
• After complete drying, apply a second coat
• Apply a placement mist on dry film (except opaque tints)
• Evaporation time before clears: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 24h

• Apply the paint in two coats with a placement mist on dry film
• Let dry for at least 15 minutes (maximum 24h) before applying the clears
