Application :

  • HVLP spraygun with 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm nozzle
  • Spray pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
  • Apply a first even coat
  • After complete drying, apply a second coat
  • Placement mist recommended on dry film (except opaque shades)
  • Evaporation time before clears: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 24 hours

Instructions for use

  1. Prepare the surface: cleaning, degreasing and sanding according to hydrodilutable standards
  2. Choose the shade via spectrophotometer or PPG color chart
  3. Mix the paint respecting the 100 :10 ratio with the appropriate thinner (T494 or T495)
  4. Shake the mixture well before application
  5. Apply the first even coat with an HVLP spraygun nozzle 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm at 2-2.2 bars
  6. After complete drying, apply a second coat
  7. Make a placement mist on dry film (except for opaque shades)
  8. Respect a minimum evaporation time of 15 minutes before clearing, maximum 24 hours
  9. Check the appearance and proceed with touch-ups if necessary
