Instructions for use

• Surface preparation :
  • Sanding and thorough cleaning of the surface to be treated
  • Degreasing with Standox Precleaner TB50
• Product preparation :
  • Filter the paint with a 125 µm cone
  • Perform the recommended dilution according to the technical data sheet
• Application :
  • Apply a first uniform coat with an HVLP gun equipped with a 1.2 to 1.3 mm nozzle
  • Allow to flash off until the desired mattness is obtained
  • Apply a second coat increasing the application distance
• Finishing :
  • Sand with P800 using a 2.5 mm pneumatic sander to avoid imperfections
  • Apply an appropriate Standox clear to complete the repair

Precautions for use

• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment: 3M suit, FFP3 mask, nitrile gloves
• Work in a ventilated area compliant with professional safety regulations
