PLASTIC Prim-R PM 2P10 is an adhesive spray primer for plastics, "Eco Efficient," ready to use, designed for fast and reliable bodywork repairs. It offers excellent adhesion on many polymers and integrates into the Pioneer Series process for effective wet-on-wet application. Ideal as a preparation before sandable primer or wet-on-wet primer.

Preparation & Cleaning

• Degreasing/sanding: clean with PK 2P40 or PK 2P10 using a sanding pad, then re-clean with PK 2P10.
• Agitation: shake vigorously for 2 minutes before each use; avoid shocks and friction (mixing balls released during shaking).
• Spray: do not use deformed cans; avoid hitting objects during shaking.

Application & Drying

• Apply 1 to 2 even coats to achieve 5–10 µm dry film thickness.
• Allow a flash-off of about 15 minutes at 20 °C (surface should be matte/evaporated).
• If the interval exceeds 30 minutes at 20 °C, reapply PLASTIC Prim-R before the next step.
• Then proceed wet-on-wet with the Pioneer Series primer (SANDING FILL-R, AIR Purpos-R, or UV FILL-R, indicated shades).

Application parameters: film thickness, flash-off, and wet-on-wet sequence as per TDS.

• Use: for professional use only; wear PPE (gloves, goggles, respiratory protection) and ensure proper ventilation.
