P2P65 - RM versatile primer MULTI Purpose - R Black 3L

MULTI Purpos-R Black P 2P65 is a black eSense DTM primer-sealer designed for automotive bodywork professionals. Its formulation allows direct application on metals, excellent adhesion, and anti-corrosion protection, while offering adjustable filling power depending on the use (sealer, sandable, or high-build).

• Pot Life: 90 min at 20 °C
• Application Nozzle: HVLP 1.7–1.9 mm (high-build) / 1.3–1.7 mm (sealer)
• Thicknesses by Mode:
  • Sealer: 1 coat, 10–20 μm
  • Sandable: 1.5 coats, 50–70 μm
  • High-build: 2.5 coats, 80–120 μm
• Drying: air 20 °C = ~16 h / oven 60 °C = 35–45 min / IR = 9–15 min
• Sanding: dry orbital P400–P600
• VOC Ready to Use: 539 g/L (EU limit 540 g/L)
• Storage: 5–45 °C / 24 months (sealed packaging)

Application Method

1. Degrease with MULTI Clean-R. Direct application on e-coat without sanding.
2. Mix 5:1:1 with H 2P60 and the appropriate thinner. For plastics, replace the thinner with A 2P40 (20%).
3. Apply according to the chosen method (sealer / sandable / filling).
4. Dry at room temperature or in an oven according to workshop schedule, then sand before finishing.

• Existing coatings in good condition
• Paintable plastics (ABS, PP-EPDM, SMC, etc.) with additive A 2P40
