Instructions for use

1. Check the cleanliness of the male thread G 1/4" and apply a PTFE tape or suitable sealing paste.
2. Screw the PREVOST fitting by hand, then tighten to torque (8 – 10 Nm) using a wrench while holding the body to avoid twisting.
3. Pressurize the network and check for leaks with a foaming solution.
4. Insert the European profile male fitting into the coupling until the audible "click" indicating locking.
5. For disconnection, push the sliding ring backward while holding the fitting to avoid whip effect.
6. Visually inspect the seal condition and clean sealing surfaces during periodic maintenance operations.
