Recommended applications

• Suitable for prepared rigid plastics and cataphoretic parts

Instructions for use

• Surface preparation : Degrease carefully, allow solvents to evaporate
• Mixing : Shake base tints, stir ready-to-use tint by hand
• Filtration : Use a 125 µm cone filter to remove impurities
• Application : Apply in thin coats until complete opacity
• Placement mist : Apply at 1.2 – 1.5 bar to even out aluminums
• Control option : Add a control coat on semi-dry film if necessary
• Drying :
  • In air (20°C, humidity <50%): let dry until matt
  • Medium wave infrared: 3 min
  • Short wave infrared: 2 min
