Instructions for use

1. Surface preparation: Sand the primer-surfacer or primer with P500 grit
2. Areas to be repaired must be sanded with P500-P600 (5 mm orbital eccentricity), finish with P800-P1000 using 2.5 mm sander to avoid defects like fish eyes
3. Degrease carefully using solvent-based cleaner 3919S
4. Mix: 3 parts Centari 5035 paint to 1 part Cromax hardener
5. Choose the hardener according to conditions: XK203 (fast), XK205 (standard), XK206 (slow)
6. Application: Spray 2 coats with 5 minutes flash-off between coats
7. Use an HVLP gun with 1.3, 1.4 or 1.5 mm nozzle according to recommendations
8. Pressure: 0.7 bar at the nozzle outlet and between 1.8 and 2.2 bar at the inlet gauge
9. Drying: Drying in booth or by infrared depending on equipment
10. Recoatable after 24 hours with sanding if necessary
