Recommended Applications

  • Spraying water-based or solvent-based bases, intermediate coats, and HS/MS clears
  • Spot-repair work or full panels in pressurized booths
  • Faithful reproduction of metallic/pearlescent effects on steel/aluminum sheets and primed plastics

Instructions for Use

  1. Surface preparation: sanding P400–P600, silicone-free degreasing.
  2. Product preparation: mix, adjust viscosity (TDS), filter 125 µm.
  3. Initial settings: pressure 2 bar, product flow 1.5 turns, wide jet.
  4. Application: distance 17 cm, cross passes (50% overlap).
  5. Digital control: check pressure reading; adjust ±0.1 bar if needed.
  6. Flash-off: follow paint data sheet (≈ 5 min base / 10 min clears at 20 °C).
  7. Drying: 15 min base; clears 30 min at 60 °C depending on process.
  8. Cleaning: purge circuit, rinse with suitable solvent, blow dry, lubricate seals.
