Instructions for use

• Substrate preparation : Degrease, sand with P400–P500 grit or fine Scotch Brite. For small repairs: sanding P800 to P2000
• Product preparation : Shake the bottle well, stir manually before use. Filter with 125 μm sieve
• Application : Nozzle 1.2–1.4 mm. Total dry film thickness: 10–20 µm
• Aluminium placement : Apply a placement coat at 1.2–1.5 bar to even out the metallic effect
• Drying :
  • Air at 20°C: complete drying until matt
  • Medium wave IR: 3 min
  • Short wave IR: 2 min
• Recoating : Apply a Max Meyer low VOC UHS clear after complete matt drying
