Instructions for Use

• Substrate Preparation: Degrease, sand with P400–P500 grit or fine Scotch Brite. For small repairs: sand with P800 to P2000 grit
• Product Preparation: Shake the bottle well, stir manually before use. Filter with a 125 μm sieve
• Application: Nozzle 1.2–1.4 mm. Total dry film thickness: 10–20 µm
• Aluminium Placement: Apply a placement coat at 1.2–1.5 bar to even out the metallic effect
• Drying:
  • Air drying at 20°C: complete drying until matte
  • Medium wave IR: 3 minutes
  • Short wave IR: 2 minutes
• Recoating: Apply a Max Meyer low VOC UHS clear after complete matting
