Instructions for use

1. Surface preparation: complete degreasing (solvent 3919S recommended), sanding with P500 grit on primer or sealer
2. Areas to repair: sanding P500-P600 with 5 mm orbital or finishing P800-P1000 with 2.5 mm orbital to avoid sanding marks
3. Mixing: respect the proportions indicated in the Centari 6000 technical sheet, with thinner XB383 (temperature < 25°C) or XB387 (temperature 25-30°C)
4. Application: HVLP gun with 1.3 or 1.4 nozzle, air pressure 0.7 bar at nozzle outlet, 1.8 to 2.0 bar on the gauge
5. Apply in 2 thin coats with intermediate flash-off of 1 to 2 minutes
6. Personal protection: FFP3 mask, suitable suit, nitrile gloves mandatory
