  • Humidity 16% – 25% : WB2045
  • Humidity 26% – 35% : WB2043
  • Humidity 36% – 50% : WB2040/3
  • Humidity > 50% : WB2040 (20 – 30%)

Mixing ratios :

• Effect shades : 100:20
• Opaque shades : 100:10

Spraying :

• spraygun HVLP
• Nozzle 1.2 mm – 1.3 mm
• Pressure : 1.8 – 2 bar

Application method :

• Apply a closed coat by wetting the surface sufficiently to reach 70–80% coverage in wet film.
• Apply a half effect coat by increasing the distance from the substrate, overlapping passes in the still wet film of the first coat.

Instructions for use

1. Refer strictly to the technical data sheet before use
2. Choose the additive adapted to climatic conditions (temperature / humidity)
3. Mix according to the indicated ratios (opaque or effect)
4. Apply according to the recommended method (see above)
5. Let dry and cover with the clears according to the Cromax Pro procedure
