Mixing ratios:

• Effect shades: 100:20
• Opaque shades: 100:10

Spraying:

• spraygun HVLP
• Nozzle 1.2 mm – 1.3 mm
• Input pressure: 1.8 – 2 bar

Application method:

• Apply a closed coat by sufficiently wetting the surface to reach 70–80% coverage in wet film
• Apply a half effect coat by increasing the distance from the substrate and overlapping passes in the still wet film

Instructions for use

1. Refer to the technical data sheet before any handling
2. Select the additive according to temperature and humidity conditions
3. Mix according to the ratio corresponding to the nature of the shade (effect or opaque)
4. Apply a closed coat followed by an effect veil
5. Proceed to clear coating once the shade is stabilized

Recommended protective equipment: coverall, FFP2 mask, suitable gloves.
