  • Humidity < 15%: WB2045
  • Humidity 16% – 35%: WB2043
  • Humidity > 36%: WB2040
• Temperature > 30°C:
  • Humidity < 15%: WB2045
  • Humidity 16% – 25%: WB2045
  • Humidity 26% – 35%: WB2043
  • Humidity 36% – 50%: WB2040/3
  • Humidity > 50%: WB2040 (20 – 30%)

Mixing Ratios:

• Effect Shades: 100:20
• Opaque Shades: 100:10

Spraying:

• HVLP spraygun
• Nozzle 1.2 mm – 1.3 mm
• Pressure: 1.8 – 2 bar

Application Method:

• Apply a closed coat with a coverage rate of 70–80% in wet film
• Apply an effect mist by increasing the distance and overlapping passes on the previous still wet coat

Instructions for Use

1. Choose the additive according to climatic conditions
2. Mix the shade according to the ratio (opaque or effect)
3. Apply the closed coat followed by the effect mist
4. Let dry and cover with the appropriate Cromax clear

Required Protective Equipment: suit, FFP2 mask, waterproof gloves.
