Application Method

• Surface Preparation:
  • Adjacent element: sanding with Trizact P1000 grit
  • New or repaired element: sanding the primer at least P500
• Mix Preparation: mix the matte base with activator WB2075 and controller WB2040/WB2043/WB2045 before application
• Spraying:
  • HVLP spraygun with 1.2 - 1.3 mm nozzle
  • Input pressure: 1.8 - 2 bar or 0.7 bar in atomization
• Application:
  • Apply the blender WB2091 (avoid extreme edges)
  • 1st coat: on the furthest area
  • 2nd coat: inside the first, extending it

Drying Time

• At 20 °C: 15 – 25 min
• At 35 – 40 °C: 8 – 12 min
• At 60 – 65 °C: 10 – 15 min

Finish

• Apply a finishing clear
• Activation at 5% with WB2075 is required if using clear CC6750

Professional Tips

• Work in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated environment
• Compressed air should be purged twice a day
• Use the products within the day for optimal performance
