Spraying

• HVLP spraygun
• Nozzle: 1.2 mm – 1.3 mm
• Input pressure: 1.8 – 2 bar
• Atomization pressure: 0.7 bar

Application method

Surface preparation

• Adjacent part : Sand with Trizact P1000 abrasive.
• New or repaired part : Sand the primer with a minimum grit of P500.

Mix preparation

• Mix the matte base with activator WB2075 and controller WB2040/WB2043/WB2045 just before application.
• Apply according to the standard method: 1.5 wet-on-wet coats.

Application

• Use a 1.2 - 1.3 mm nozzle with HVLP spraygun.
• Set spraying pressure to 1.8 - 2 bar, atomization pressure to 0.7 bar.
• Apply connector WB2091 avoiding extreme edges (except in hot and dry conditions, where it can cover the entire part).
• Apply the first matte base coat on the furthest area.
• Apply the second coat inside the first and extend towards the wing.

Drying

• 20 °C: 15 - 25 minutes
• 35 - 40 °C: 8 - 12 minutes
• 60 - 65 °C: 10 - 15 minutes

Finishing

• Apply the clears to finalize the repair.
• Activation at 5% (WB2075) required on all coats if CC6750 clears are used.

Professional advice

• Maintain a clean, temperate, and well-lit environment.
• Ensure compressed air is free of oil and water, with compressor purging twice daily.
• Use products within the same day to guarantee optimal application.
