Application and advice
- The surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, dust, and contaminants.
- For optimal surface preparation, use the TEROSON VR 10 cleaner.
- Shake the spray can well before use.
- Spray the glue directly onto the surfaces to be joined from a distance of approximately 20 to 25 cm.
- The adjustable nozzle allows the spray direction to be adapted to the surface.
- For contact bonding, apply the product to both surfaces to be joined.
- Allow approximately 10 minutes for evaporation before assembly, depending on the amount applied, temperature, ventilation, and humidity.
- Before assembly, the glue should be dry to the touch while remaining slightly tacky.
- Position the two elements correctly before bringing them into contact: repositioning may no longer be possible afterward.
- Press both surfaces together briefly but firmly to ensure good adhesion.
- Remove any fresh glue residue with TEROSON VR 10.
Complementary product
- Cleaning and preparation: TEROSON VR 10 - Cleaner and degreaser for preparing surfaces before bonding
Advice: to achieve optimal adhesion, observe the open time before assembly. Henkel recommends the finger test: the glue should be dry but retain slight tack before bringing the two surfaces into contact.
