Instructions for use of Cromax clears VR1120

• Surface preparation: ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants. Sand with fine abrasive paper (grit 600 to 800) for good adhesion.
• Mixing the clears: mix the clears with the standard hardener activator in the recommended proportions (usually 2:1). Achieve a homogeneous consistency.
• Application of clears: use a spray gun set to 2 to 2.5 bars. Apply two thin and even coats. Allow a flash time of 5 to 10 minutes between coats.
• Drying time: at 20°C, the clears will be touch dry in about 30 minutes. Let rest for 24 hours before handling or polishing the surface.
• Polishing and FinishingPolish to remove minor imperfections and enhance gloss.
