Recommended applications

• Direct gloss finishing work on opaque shades

• Compatible substrates: 2K HS primers, Max Meyer fillers, sanded original finishes (P360–P400 or fine Scotch-Brite)

Instructions for use

• Surface preparation: Clean, degrease, then sand surfaces. Apply on clean, dry, de-polished substrate
• Mixing: Shake the 2K base well for 2 minutes before adding the hardener. Respect the 2:1 ratio, add the additive according to recommendations
• Application:
  • Spraygun RP, nozzle 1.3 to 1.4 mm
  • Inlet pressure: 1.7 to 2 bar
  • 2 single coats or 1 standard coat + 1 full coat
• Drying:
  • In air: handleable after 18–24 h
  • Booth: 10 min at 60°C with Max Meyer 2880 fast hardener
  • Infrared possible (short or medium waves)

Safety instructions

• Use in a ventilated room, away from any ignition source
• Wearing gloves, goggles, and mask recommended
• Storage: keep protected from moisture and sunlight, between 5°C and 30°C
