  • Temperatures above 35°C: T495

  • HVLP spraygun
  • Recommended nozzle: 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm
  • Application pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
• Application method:
  • Apply a first uniform coat
  • After complete drying, apply a second coat
  • Apply a placement coat on dry film (except opaque shades)
• Evaporation time before clears: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 48 hours

Instructions for use

• Surface preparation:
  • Sanding of the primer: P800 wet or P500 dry
  • Dust removal and cleaning with a degreaser (example: D837 PPG)
• Shade preparation:
  • Identify the manufacturer color code
  • Prepare the mixture according to the ratios defined in the technical data sheet
  • Filter the mixture with a 125 µm cone before application
• Equipment adjustment:
  • HVLP spraygun, nozzle 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm
  • Spraying pressure: 2 to 2.5 bars
• Paint application:
  • Small surfaces: one normal coat followed by light coats
  • Large surfaces: two normal coats followed by a light coat
