Recommended thinners :

Application :

• HVLP spraygun with 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm nozzle
• Spray pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
• Apply a first coat
• After complete drying, apply a second coat
• Placement mist recommended on dry film (except for opaque colors)
• Delay before clears application: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 48 hours

Material compatibility : Primed surfaces or old sanded paints compliant with Envirobase waterborne systems

Standards compliance : Low VOC content, compliant with environmental regulations

Instructions for use

1. Carefully prepare the surface according to waterborne protocols (sanding, cleaning, degreasing)
2. Select the thinner adapted to ambient temperature (T494 or T495)
3. Mix the tint according to Envirobase system proportions
4. Apply a first even coat
5. After complete drying, apply the second coat
6. For non-opaque tints, apply a placement mist on dry film
7. Respect a minimum evaporation time of 15 minutes before applying the clears
8. Do not exceed 48 hours before recoating
9. Optimize mixing and product management with TOUCHMIX Express and PaintManager XI if available
