Recommended thinners :

Application :

  • spraygun HVLP with 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm nozzle
  • Spray pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
  • Apply a first even coat
  • After complete drying, apply a second coat
  • Placement veil recommended on dry film (except for opaque tints)
  • Evaporation time before clears: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 48 hours

Material compatibility : Envirobase waterborne systems, repairs on properly prepared surfaces

Instructions for use

  1. Prepare the surface according to waterborne standards (sanding, degreasing, cleaning)
  2. Choose the thinner adapted to ambient temperature (T494 or T495)
  3. Mix the tint according to Envirobase system instructions
  4. Apply a first thin and even coat
  5. After complete drying, apply a second coat
  6. Make a placement veil on dry film (except opaque tints)
  7. Respect a minimum evaporation time of 15 minutes before applying the clears
  8. Possible recoating up to a maximum of 48 hours
  9. Optimize mixes and product management with PaintManager XI and MOONWALK™
