  • Recommended nozzle: 1.2 mm to 1.3 mm
  • Application pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
• Application method:
  • Apply a first uniform coat
  • After complete drying, apply a second coat
  • Apply a placement mist on dry film (except opaque shades)
• Evaporation time before clearing: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 48 hours

Instructions for use

• Surface preparation:
  • Degrease with the appropriate PPG cleaner
  • Wet sanding with P800 or dry sanding with P500
  • Remove residues, dry, then clean again
• Shade preparation:
  • Prepare the mixture according to the technical data sheet ratios
  • Filter with a 125 µm cone to remove impurities
• Equipment setting:
  • HVLP spraygun, nozzle 1.2 mm to 1.3 mm
  • Application pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
• Paint application:
  • Make regular and crossed passes, slightly overlapping
  • Small areas: one normal coat followed by light coats
  • Large areas: two normal coats followed by a light coat
• Safety:
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment during application
