  • Temperatures above 35°C: T495
• Spraying:
  • HVLP spraygun
  • Recommended nozzle: 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm
  • Application pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
• Application method:
  • Apply a first uniform coat
  • After complete drying, apply a second coat
  • Apply a placement coat on dry film (except opaque shades)
• Evaporation time before varnishing: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 24 hours

Instructions for use

• Surface preparation:
  • Dust and degrease the surface with a clean cloth and suitable products
• Shade preparation:
  • Mix and dilute respecting the proportions according to the type of shade
  • Filter with a 125 µm cone before application
• Equipment adjustment:
  • HVLP spraygun, nozzle 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm
  • Application pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
• Paint application:
  • Apply a first regular coat
  • After complete drying, apply a second coat
  • Finish with a placement coat on dry film (except for opaque colors)
