  • Temperatures below 35°C: T494
  • Temperatures above 35°C: T495
• Spraying:
  • HVLP spraygun
  • Recommended nozzle: 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm
  • Application pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
• Application method:
  • Apply a first uniform coat
  • After complete drying, apply a second coat
  • Apply a placement mist on dry film (except opaque shades)
• Evaporation time before varnishing: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 24 hours

Instructions for use

• Surface preparation:
  • Sanding of the primer with P800 wet or P500 dry
  • Dust removal and degreasing with a suitable cleaner (e.g. D837 PPG)
• Shade preparation:
  • Mix according to the indicated proportions depending on the type of shade
  • Filter the mixture with a 125 µm cone before application
• Equipment adjustment:
  • HVLP spraygun equipped with a 1.2 mm to 1.4 mm nozzle
  • Application pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
• Paint application:
  • First uniform coat
  • After drying, apply the second coat
  • Placement mist on dry film (except opaque shades)
