Instructions for use

• Surface preparation:
  • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and degreased
• Tint preparation:
  • Mix the Phthalo Green tint with thinner T494 or T495 depending on the temperature
  • Pour the mixture into the holder and filter using a 125µ cone
• Paint application:
  • HVLP spraygun equipped with a 1.2 mm to 1.3 mm nozzle
  • Application pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
  • Apply a first even coat
  • After drying, apply a second coat
  • Apply a placement coat on dry film (excluding opaque colors)
• Evaporation time before varnishing: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 48 hours
