Instructions for use

• Surface preparation:
  • Clean and degrease carefully with suitable products
• Mixing:
  • Respect a 100:10 volume ratio with thinner T494 or T495 depending on the temperature
  • Filter the mixture using a 125µ cone
• Equipment preparation:
  • HVLP spraygun equipped with a 1.2 mm to 1.3 mm nozzle
  • Application pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
• Application:
  • Apply 3 to 4 light coats or 2 to 3 medium coats depending on the surface
  • For metallic shades, a control coat is recommended
  • Apply a placement coat on dry film (except opaque shades)
• Drying:
  • Evaporation time before clear coating: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 24 hours at 20°C
