Instructions for use

• Surface preparation:
  • Clean and degrease thoroughly
  • Sanding according to the type of substrate
• Mixing:
  • Respect a dilution ratio of 100:10 by volume with T494 or T495 depending on temperature
  • Shake well before use
• Application:
  • spraygun HVLP with 1.2 to 1.4 mm nozzle
  • Recommended pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
  • Apply a first even coat
  • After complete drying, apply a second coat
  • Apply a placement coat on dry film (excluding opaque shades)
• Drying:
  • Evaporation time before clears: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 24 hours
• Inspection:
  • Check coverage and appearance
  • Touch up if necessary
