Instructions for use

• Surface preparation:
  • Wet sanding with P800 paper or dry sanding with P500 paper
  • Dust removal and degreasing with a suitable cleaner such as PPG's D837
• Mixing:
  • Respect a mixing ratio of 100:10 by volume with thinner T494 or T495 depending on temperature
  • Filter the mixture using a 125 µm cone to remove impurities
• Application:
  • HVLP spraygun with 1.2 to 1.4 mm nozzle
  • Spray pressure: 2 to 2.2 bars
  • Apply a first uniform coat
  • After complete drying, apply a second coat
  • Apply a placement coat on dry film (except for opaque shades)
• Drying:
  • Evaporation time before application of the clears: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 24 hours
