Instructions for use

• Prepare the surface: sanding with P800 wet or P500 dry, then dusting and degreasing (D837 PPG product recommended).
• Prepare the shade: identify the color code, mix with auxiliary products according to the technical data sheet.
• Filter the mixture using a 125µ cone filter before application.
• Adjust the HVLP spraygun (nozzle 1.2 – 1.4 mm, pressure 2 – 2.5 bars).
• Apply a normal coat, then after complete drying, a second coat.
• For non-opaque colors, apply a placement coat on dry film.
• Evaporation time before clears: minimum 15 minutes, maximum 48 hours.
