Instructions for use

• Surface preparation:
  • Carefully sand and clean the old paint or original paint
  • Degrease with Standox Precleaner TB50
  • Sand the primer with an orbital machine
• Product preparation:
  • Filter the Jet Black base with a 125 µm cone
• Application:
  • Use a gun with HVLP cap and 1.3 to 1.4 mm nozzle
  • Apply two wet coats followed by a mist coat to even out the effect
  • Respect evaporation times between each coat
• Finishing:
  • Let dry until the desired matte finish is achieved
  • Perform a finishing sanding with P800 using a pneumatic sander to eliminate imperfections
  • Apply a compatible clear according to project requirements
