Instructions for use

1. Clean the male G 1/4″ thread and apply a PTFE tape or suitable sealing paste.
2. Screw the PREVOST fitting by hand, then tighten to torque (8 – 10 Nm) with a wrench while holding the body.
3. Pressurize the line and check for leaks using a foaming solution.
4. Insert the male European profile coupler until an audible lock is heard.
5. For disconnection, pull back the coupler ring while holding the tool to avoid whip effect.
6. Regularly check the seal condition and clean sealing surfaces during periodic maintenance.
