The PU_RAPID_60 is a one-component polyurethane 1K rapid-setting glue, designed for bonding windshields, rear windows, and side windows. Thanks to its ambient moisture curing, it provides a consistent glue film, strong adhesion on silk-screened/primed glass and painted metal, as well as excellent resistance to vehicle vibrations and mechanical stresses.

Usage Tips / Implementation

Preparation: Thoroughly degrease surfaces (glass, metal) then apply a suitable primer/activator.

Conditions: Recommended temperature ~5‑35°C, clean and dry surface, avoid dust and excessive humidity.
After Installation: Do not stress the glazing before sufficient curing, check peripheral sealing.

Safety

Required PPE: Gloves, glasses and eye protection, adequate ventilation.
Handling: Flammable product — keep away from ignition sources.
Disposal: Waste and empty cartridges to be treated according to local regulations.
