Instructions for use

• Surface preparation :
  • Initial degreasing with cleaner P850-1402
  • Dry sanding P400-P500 (orbital 2 to 5 mm)
  • Use of suitable sanders (Mirka 5 mm or 2.5 mm depending on phase)
  • Edge finishing: foam cut P800 or P1000
• Paint mixing :
  • Shake bottles (especially metallic/pearlescent shades)
  • Filter with 125 µ cone
  • Respect proportions of performance additive P935-1250 and thinner P980-5000 according to shade type
• Application :
  • HVLP spraygun – nozzle 1.2, 1.3 or 1.4
  • 1 wet coat then 1 coat after baking
  • Placement mist on dry film at 1.2–1.5 bar or semi-dry film as needed
• Equipment cleaning :
  • Use spraygun washer
  • Thinner P980-5000 recommended for cleaning
• Next step : Application of the clears once the base is dry
