Instructions for use

• Surface preparation :
  • Degrease with P850-1402
  • Dry sanding P400-P500 with 2–5 mm orbit (Mirka recommended)
  • Edge finishing: foam cut P800–P1000
  • Wash and dry after each step
• Mixing and paint preparation :
  • Shake bottles vigorously to homogenize pigments
  • Filter with 125 µ cone
  • Respect proportions of P935-1250 (performance additive) and P980-5000 (thinner)
  • Adjust dilution according to shade type: opaque, metallic or pearlescent
• Application :
  • HVLP spraygun with 1.2 to 1.4 mm nozzle
  • 1 wet coat then 1 second after baking
  • Placement mist on dry film (1.2–1.5 bar) or on semi-dry film as needed
• Cleaning :
  • Cleaning the spraygun in a washer with thinner P980-5000
• Final step : Application of clears after complete drying of the base
