Instructions for use

• Surface preparation :
  • Degrease with P850-1402
  • Dry sanding P400–P500 (orbital machine 2 to 5 mm)
  • Use foam cutter P800–P1000 for edges
  • Intermediate washing and drying before each step
• Mixing :
  • Shake bottles before use, especially for pearlescent shades
  • Filter through a 125 µ cone
  • Respect dilution with performance additive P935-1250 and thinner P980-5000
  • Adjust mixture according to shade type (opaque, metallic, pearlescent)
• Application :
  • Spraygun HVLP – nozzle 1.2, 1.3 or 1.4 mm
  • 1 wet coat + 1 second coat after baking
  • Placement mist on dry film at 1.2–1.5 bar or on semi-dry film
• Equipment cleaning :
  • Use a spraygun washer and thinner P980-5000
• Finishing : Apply the clears after complete drying of the base
