Instructions for use

• Surface preparation :
  • Degrease with P850-1402
  • Dry sanding with abrasives P400–P500 (orbital 2–5 mm)
  • Edge finishing with foam cutter P800–P1000
  • Washing, drying and new degreasing after each step
• Paint mixing :
  • Shake bottles well, especially pearlescent or metallic shades
  • Filter using a 125 µ cone
  • Respect the proportions of additive P935-1250 and thinner P980-5000 according to the shade
• Application :
  • Use an HVLP gun – nozzle 1.2 to 1.4 mm
  • Apply one wet coat then a second after baking
  • Placement mist on dry film at 1.2–1.5 bar or semi-dry film if necessary
• Cleaning :
  • Clean the gun in a washer with thinner P980-5000
• Finish : Apply the clears after complete drying of the base
