Instructions for use

• Surface preparation :
  • Degrease with P850-1402
  • Dry sanding P400–P500 (orbital 2–5 mm)
  • Edge finishing with foam cut P800–P1000
  • Complete washing and drying after each step
• Shade preparation :
  • Shake the bottle vigorously before use
  • Filter with a 125 µ cone
  • Respect dilution with additive P935-1250 and thinner P980-5000 according to the type of shade
• Application :
  • HVLP spraygun with 1.2 to 1.4 mm nozzle
  • Apply one wet coat then a second after flash-off
  • Apply a placement mist on dry or semi-dry film at 1.2 – 1.5 bar
• Cleaning :
  • Clean the spraygun in a washer with thinner P980-5000
• Finishing : Apply a compatible clear after complete drying of the base
