Instructions for use

Substrate preparation

• Degrease with P850-1402
• Dry sanding P400-P500 (orbital machine 2 to 5 mm)
• Finishing with 2.5 mm sander and abrasives P800/P1000 for sensitive areas
• Dust off, wash, dry and carefully degrease again

Color preparation

• Shake Aquabase Plus bases vigorously before use
• Filter with a 125µ cone
• Respect dilution ratios with P935-1250 (performance) or P980-5000 (standard)
• Adjust mixtures according to shade type (opaque / metallic / pearlescent)

Application

• Apply 1 wet coat + 1 coat after baking
• Placement mist possible on semi-dry film at 1.2–1.5 bar (except opaque colors)
• Clean the spraygun immediately after use with P980-5000 or in washer

Overcoating

• Ready for clears after complete drying
• Compatible with all professional two-coat clears
