P2P43 - Primer RM Plastic PLASTIC Fill - R Esense 1L

The primer PLASTIC Fill-R Grey P 2P43 is an eSense primer formulated for plastics used in bodywork. It enhances adhesion and prepares a smooth surface for a uniform and durable finish.

Application Method

1. Preparation: clean/degrease (e.g., SILICONE Remov-R), dust off. On dry and sanded substrate B 2P42.
2. Mixing: 4:1:1 with suitable hardener and thinner according to workshop conditions.
3. Application: nozzle 1.3–1.4 mm at 2 bar – 1 light coat then 1 full coat for 30–40 µm dry.
4. Drying: oven 60 °C for 30 min, dry sanding grit P400–P600 before finishing.
