P 2A45 PerformFILLER Black is a black sandable primer from the Advance Series range by R-M, designed for quick application, excellent filling power, and easy sanding. It provides a perfect base for a smooth and professional finish, compatible with various substrates and usable in accelerated or plastic variants.

Recommended Applications

Application Method

1. Substrate preparation: degrease, scuff if necessary, dust off.
2. Mixing: choose the standard, SpeedADD, or FlexADD ratio according to substrate and objective.
3. Application: 2 sprayable coats HVLP or compliant – respect flash-off between coats.
4. Drying: according to the variant used (see table above).
5. Sanding: dry P400–P500 grit once dry, before base/clears.

Safety & Precautions

• Product for professional use – wearing gloves, A2/P3 mask, goggles is mandatory.
• Ensure sufficient ventilation – may contain particles < 0.1 µm.
