The R-M PerformFiller White P 2A41 primer is a high-performance white sandable primer. It offers excellent anti-corrosion protection, good weather resistance, and optimal sanding properties, ideal for professional auto body repairs.

• Thinner: 25% R 2A14 (fast), R 2A24 (medium) or R 2A34 (slow)
• Viscosity at 20 °C: DIN 4: 18–23 s / ISO 4: 40–68 s
• Pot life: 60 min at 20 °C

Application

• Spraygun: HVLP or compliant gravity
• Nozzle: 1.6 – 1.9 mm
• Pressure: 2 bar (0.7 bar at HVLP nozzle)
• Coats: 2
• Film thickness: 50 – 70 µm
• Evaporation time: allow to matte between coats, no flash-off before drying

Drying

• In air (20 °C): 3 h
• In oven (60 °C): 20 min
• Infrared (short wave): 9 min

Sanding

• Dry orbital sanding: P400 – P500
