Looking for efficiency for your repair, deep gloss and energy savings? Lexiclear Ixell clears is the bodywork clears you need!

Versatile clears suitable for all types of repair: from spot repair to full repair

Easy and reliable application in 2 coats with a short intermediate flash-off time

Fast drying (15 minutes at 60°C in the paint booth) or energy-saving (30 minutes at 40°C), infrared drying also possible

Excellent finishing results and excellent appearance with good flow and high gloss

Good vertical stability

Can be polished and ready for reassembly directly after drying and cooling

To be used with the Lexiclearet additive and Lexiclear thinner connector

Colorless acrylic bodywork clears

Some technical tips to rigorously apply your Ixell Lexiclear clears on your already painted bodywork substrate:

To be applied using a 2-coat method with HVLP spray gun nozzle 1.2 or 1.3

The dry film thickness must not exceed 60µ

The air flow of your clears spray gun must be set between 1.8 and 2 bar at the gun handle

Baking time: 15 minutes at 60°C or 30 minutes at 40°C
