Instructions for use

• Carefully prepare the surface: clean with PK2000, sand with P400 grit, final degreasing
• Mix 100% Onyx HD Base tint according to formula + 60% Hydromix by volume
• Filter using 190 μm cone filters to ensure optimal finish
• Apply with HVLP spray gun nozzle 1.4 – 1.5 mm, atomization pressure 0.7 bar at cap
• Apply 2 coats of base tint followed by a metal placement veil according to desired effect
• Allow drying between each coat until fully matted
• Must be covered with an R-M clear: Glossclear, Rapidclear, Everclear for glossy finish or Silicatop, Satintop for matte or semi-matte finish
• Respect mixing ratios of clears/hardener/thinner and product temperature (18 to 25°C)
• Apply evenly, adjust the gun properly, avoid overloading
• Clean equipment immediately after use to avoid residues and defects
