Instructions for use

• Prepare the surface: clean with PK2000, sand with P400 grit, final degreasing
• Mix 100% Onyx HD Base tint according to formula + 60% Hydromix by volume
• Use 190 µm cone filters for optimal filtering
• Apply with HVLP spray gun nozzle 1.4 – 1.5 mm, 0.7 bar pressure at the cap
• Apply 1 to 2 coats depending on tint, followed by a metal placement veil if necessary
• Let dry between coats until fully matte
• Dry about 15 min at 20°C, accelerable by airflow; 10 min at 60°C + cooling
• Cover with recommended R-M clears: Glossclear, Rapidclear, Everclear for glossy finish or Silicatop, Satintop for matte or semi-matte finish
